1. At the discretion of the Librarian and upon twenty-four hour notice, staff members may be called to attend a disciplinary interview.
2. A written summary of any interviews that may form the basis of disciplinary action must be filed in the personal file of the employee, and kept on file for thirty-six (36) months.
3. The Personnel and Liaison committee will be informed of any disciplinary action taken and they will inform the Board if it is deemed necessary.
