Introduction to the Art of Handmade Books April 10, 2 - 5 p.m. and April 11, 1 - 4 p.m. Sign-up at the library. Dirk van Wyk, teacher and practicing artist, will teach students about the art of handmade books. Students will start with a simple stitched pamphlet and move on to a handmade bound book. This workshop is provided with the support of Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance and Columbia Basin Trust.
